TLC at Home provides permanent long-term placement of caregivers for a one-time flat fee. We assist our clients with every step of the interview process and typically provide several candidates that we feel may meet your specific requirements. Our screening process is rigorous because we care deeply about the clients we serve.
We are sensitive regarding the budget constraints of most young families and the elderly. Most placement agencies that offer these comprehensive services charge more than double our fees. TLC at Home charges a fraction of other agencies fees while providing high quality, conscientious caregivers. To ensure that our clients are satisfied with their choice of caregivers, TLC at Home provides a 90 day guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your caregiver, TLC at Home will provide you with another caregiver at no additional cost.

In an attempt to continuously provide our clients with the highest level of service, we are developing a Caregiver on Demand Search option. This search option will allow our clients to “pre-screen” available caregivers prior to the interview process. Simply complete the easy to use search page and all of the available caregivers that meet your requirements will be displayed. The caregiver's picture, availability schedule and background information will be presented for your review. Once you have selected 1-3 caregivers that interest you, contact our office and we will be happy to provide additional information about these caregivers and arrange a personal interview with them at your convenience.
