TLC at Home requires each potential caregiver undergo a thorough nationwide criminal background search, fingerprinting, photo ID and reference review before they are considered for placement with your family member. Our screening process is rigorous because we care deeply about the clients we serve.

We are also very sensitive to the budget constraints of most young families. Most placement agencies that offer these comprehensive services charge anywhere from $1200 to $2500 for these services. TLC at Home charges a fraction of other agencies fees while providing high quality, conscientious caregivers. To ensure that our clients are satisfied with their choice of caregivers, TLC at Home provides a 90 day guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your caregiver, TLC at Home will provide you with another caregiver at no additional cost.
